The whole DNC-Russia “hack” story is an interesting one that’s full of holes. Wired interestingly enough back during the time of the hack did a piece laying out in depth the details of the “hack”. William Binney the former NSA whistleblower, on Aaron Kleins radio show, said a former disgruntled worker was the one actually responsible for the hack.
Let’s also not forget Crowdstrike was formed by a former Russian hacker that was arrested and turned by the FBI got 100 million from google execs. Even USA Today originally did a piece on how difficult it was to accuse Russia of the hack. Zerohedge took a good look at how the story of the hack was collapsing.
“But the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) told VOA that CrowdStrike erroneously used IISS data as proof of the intrusion. IISS disavowed any connection to the CrowdStrike report. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense also has claimed combat losses and hacking never happened.”
True Pundit lists 5 very important things everyone is missing with the crowd-strike DNC Russia hack story. They are good points hey make over at True Pundit. Here is the first one.
“Obama Appoints CrowdStrike Officer To Admin Post Two Months Before June 2016 Report On Russia Hacking DNC
In April 2016, two months before the June report that alleged a Russian conspiracy, former President Barack Obama appointed Steven Chabinsky, the general counsel and chief risk officer for CrowdStrike, to the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity.
CrowdStrike co-founder George Kurtz said at the time, “We wish Steve and the rest of the Commissioners every success in this important effort. Their dedicated and thoughtful leadership on these issues holds great potential for promoting innovation and the benefits of technology, while lowering the very real security risks we are facing today.”
